How Much Is Your House Worth?

.

There are various value estimation services. They work best on tract homes which are mostly alike. However, when it comes to more individualized homes and homes which are older, the service does not know anything about the condition of the property. It is good to compare Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and various services. In the end the opinion of an experienced broker is the only way to get a more accurate estimate.
